Commissions will only be accepted for those over the age of 18.

If Seller suspects Buyer to be under the age of 18, Seller holds every right to cancel Buyer’s commission based on the cancellation policy below.

Work is based in a home with pets, these pets are not allowed in the studio, however completely allergen-free cannot be guaranteed.

Seller reserves the right to decline commissions before any payment or agreement is made.

Buyer will be given a price point calculated on base cost, complexity, and Seller’s skill. To claim a slot, Buyer will pay a 25% non-refundable downpayment of the quoted price.

Quotes will include shipment cost estimates. If at the time of shipment the cost is less than the quoted estimate, a refund for the difference will be provided (only an estimate is given with your initial quote, due to price fluctuations).

Payments only accepted through Paypal.

Seller’s prices are calculated in $USD.

If the value of the order is less than USD$1,000, full payment is due upfront.

Payments must be fully completed prior to shipment of product.

Buyer will receive a PayPal invoice with the cost of commission. This invoice will have a “minimum payment due”, this is the calculated 25% non-refundable downpayment. This invoice will be due 3 business days after commission acceptance.

If value of the order is greater than USD$1000, Buyer will receive two invoices: First will be the 25% non-refundable downpayment (due within 3 business days), the second will be the remaining 75%. The remainder invoice will have partial payment turned on, allowing Buyer to pay off in installments.

Payments must be fully completed prior to shipment of product.

All shipping costs are at Buyers expense

This estimate is given with Buyers initial quote and will be included in the cost provided. If at the time of shipment the cost is less than the quoted estimate, a refund for the difference will be provided (only an estimate is given with your initial quote, due to price fluctuations).

Seller will not accept deadlines. All commissions will be done within a reasonable time, but due to Seller’s profession being entirely away from home base, delays may be expected.

Changes to the reference art after approval are not accepted.

Seller will have points during the commission where Buyer’s input is crucial. Seller will contact Buyer at Seller’s earliest convenience. If Buyer does not reply within 3 business days, it will be left up to the Seller's discretion. If Buyer does not respond within 30 days, Seller will deem this as Buyer cancelling the order. If Buyer’s order gets canceled, please refer to the cancellation policy below.

If Buyer will be unreachable during a given timeframe (e.g. travelling), please inform Seller in writing asap to allow communication to resume at a time that works for all parties.

Buyer is allowed to request edits within reason before Seller moves onto the next portion of the project, as long as those requests are made within the time frame stated above. If those edits use additional materials outside of initial purchase agreements, Buyer will be subject to a non-refundable fee, minimum of $40 USD, to purchase additional materials. Price will increase with materials ordered and price of said materials.

There will be multiple WIP photos sent and continuous contact throughout the process. Please don’t hesitate to reach out for extra photos/videos.

Seller prices the work based on materials, time, and difficulty of the project. Seller will take due diligence to avoid errors, but if at any given point of the process errors are spotted, it is up to the Buyer to point it out asap to avoid delays.

Buyer must expect minuscule errors such as small bald spots, asymmetry, minor seam pop with continuous wear, etc.

Seller is not responsible for any loss or damage to property or person(s) once shipment has been sent.

Credit to MudPaw Studio must be provided. If plans to sell any pieces that MudPaw Studio has created, the product is not to sell at a higher value than what the product was purchased at. Please point future buyers to this section of the TOS.

There is a 25% non-refundable downpayment upon all commissions.

If the Buyer cancels for any reason, the refund will be relative to the percentage of work completed up until that point.

If cancellation occurs due to no contact, Buyer will be notified of the cancellation, due to no contact. Refund will be relative to the percentage of work completed up until that point.

Any cancellations from Seller will result in a full refund, minus the 25% non-refundable portion.

Any cancelled orders are subject to being sold on MudPaw Studio storefront at a fair price point. Alterations to the design will be made as to not resemble the original design.

Parts as is can be shipped to Buyer at Buyers expense after cancellation.

All refunds will be managed by Seller and not be self requested through PayPal.

MudPaw Studio reserves the right to post photos of the completed work on business social media(s) and website. As the Buyer and Owner of the suit, you also have the right to these photos of your suit to use at your disposal. Any other parties may not claim this right.

Any and all ill behaviour will not be tolerated

Finished products are PNG files. I am not responsible for any unrelated issues

I have full rights to promote myself with all produced products. Exemptions may be requested by commissioner

All products produced are for personal use only by the commissioner unless otherwise agreed upon

No edits to adopts may be requested during purchase

Do not edit linework or artwork without prior permission

If I need to cancel the commission for whatever reason, refunds will be given based on the level of completion and the product as is will be sent to commissioner

If final sketch has not be completed, 100% may be refunded
